As President of this
company, I am disappointed by the behavior of some [s-FirmName]
employees who attended the above-reference meeting on [s-Day].
The discourtesy

excessive talking by some employees during our speaker's address, but
also an unacceptable level of rudeness in employees leaving the
auditorium before the completion of the speech. This behavior will

upstanding image and values.
