to Negotiate
This letter authorizes [s-Negotiator],
herein known as Negotiator, to negotiate, discuss, and by various means
communicate with [s-Party], herein known as Supplier, in those areas relative
to [s-SubjectDescription] on behalf of [s-Name], herein known as Client.
The intent of this authorization is
not to be construed to limit, in any way, the power of Negotiator to act in our
behalf, enter into agreements, or contract Client in financial matters,
providing such transactions do not exceed [insert value. E.g. $100] of value.
Therefore, by the existence of this
instrument, we hereby authorize Negotiator to accept or reject agreements, to
enter into contracts binding upon [s-Name], and to act by whatever means
legally necessary to accomplish the agreed upon undertaking associated with the
necessity of this authorization.
